How do I make a booking?
Simply send an email to amysamazingbubbles@gmail.com or use the 'contact me' box either on the website or blog with the details of your event (location, time required, dates etc). Replies are typically sent out within 48 hours.
How far in advance can you take a booking?
Generally, I take bookings for any time within the next 3 years! Most events are booked at least a month in advance but it is always worth checking availability (I may be able to offer a last minute bookings). Peak seasons tend to get booked up quickly so if you have a date in mind it is worth reaching out to check on current availability.
We have confirmed a date, is my booking secure?
No, this just means the date is available at the moment. A booking for the confirmed date is held when a deposit is made (20% of the performance fee) and is only secured when payment is made in full.
How do I pay a deposit / make full payment?
Payment can be taken by cash or BACS. An invoice will be sent via email or given in person (depending on location etc) detailing the booking and this will give payment details. Payments need to be completed BEFORE a performance takes place unless previously agreed. Full payment needs to be made AT LEAST 14 days before a performance unless previously agreed (for example, a last minute booking).
What if I need to cancel the booking?
I understand that things can happen and so please ensure to contact me in a timely manner so dates may be opened up for other bookings. A booking may also be moved to a different date if this is possible. If a booking date has been held (with a deposit) or secured (full payment made) and the booking is cancelled for any reason by the booker 7 days before of the event taking place, a full refund will be made available (refunded within 14 working days of being notified of the cancellation). If a booking date has been held (with deposit) or secured (full payment made) and the booking is cancelled for any reason by the booker LESS than 7 days before the event, a refund will be made MINUS the deposit paid (20% of the performance fee).

What if you need to cancel the booking?
In the event that I need to cancel a booking, I shall endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. I will not cancel a secured booking for any reason other than 'Force Majeure' (please see below) or extreme personal circumstances. In the first instance, an alternative booking date may be offered or else a full refund of any payments will be made within 14 working days.
Can I rearrange a booking?
If you need to rearrange a booking, please ensure to contact me in a timely manner so that dates can be made available for other bookings. Bookings may only be rearranged if there is availability.
Can you perform earlier / later than agreed?
This will all depend on when I am being asked! If the booking is still to go ahead then this may be a possibility - please contact me to discuss as soon as possible. If it is the day of the booking (and, depending on how far I have travelled) this may not be possible. If the times change and I am unable to perform due to this, the booking will not be refunded.
Force Majeure
Defined as an act of nature (earthquake, fire, flood, hurricane, storm or any other natural disaster), illness or death, accident, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, national calamity, civil commotion, order of government or local authority having jurisdiction in the matter, changes in law or foreign government policy. * Proof may be required *
In the event of a Force Majeure, neither party will be liable for a booking not being able to go ahead.
